The roof of the building has been designed to enable daytime play in natural light. For evenings and night-time, powerful Osram 680 Harrier artificial lights ensure perfect vision for all players. The indoor surface is of supreme carpet – soft on the feet and with a true bounce, generating a medium to fast playing surface. And following a game, players can retire to a very relaxing coffee bar area overlooking the indoor courts. Offering comfortable seating, music, wide-screen television and table tennis the lounge area creates that perfect relaxed social atmosphere. Not surprisingly this venue is extremely popular with a regular playing contingent which numbers in excess of a hundred per week during the peak winter season.

Other facilities available to players include a Pro-Shop stocking a large range of new and second hand tennis rackets as well as a wide range of other tennis equipment including tennis balls, bags and grips. Racket stringing with a twenty-four hour ‘turnaround’ is also available.
