The vendors are looking to move abroad. The business is now at the stage where it requires additional investment in resource (sales staff, marketing, administrative staff etc) to fully develop and exploit the many opportunities at its disposal. |
Market competition and expansion:

To date the company has undertaken very limited sales and marketing. This has been addressed recently with the new business development consultant being taken on to improve brand/product awareness through direct mail and telesales. As part of this the business has developed a brochure and detailed DVD offering to compliment the highly informative website. |
