Retirement sale. The owner’s wife who had been a working partner in the business died in 2008 after 2 years of serious illness. This coupled with the owner’s need to support her has resulted in the business not being expanded. The owner now wishes to retire but wants the business to be further developed with new ideas and further enhancements of the websites by blogging, Twitter etc. He is confident that there is the potential for real growth in the internet and local market. |

The main promotion of the business is done via its own web pages. It also utilises local yellow pages and is listed on the Caterer Online Directory. There is huge scope to develop this function further. The bar section also has all products hosted on a major shopping directory. |
