There is tremendous scope to further extend
the property subject to planning approval to
add more rooms, which would be extremely
beneficial. The properties on either side have
already done so, therefore no objections are
envisaged.
To further compliment the business, the
restaurant would further attract customers
with good quality dining. Surprisingly, a
fine seafood restaurant is what the area is
crying out for.
The hotel is not VAT registered at present. |
