Advent Business Sales is pleased to offer to
the market this extremely well established
and profitable garage and MOT station.
The business, which was founded by the
current owners over 18 years ago, has been in
its present location for 15 years and is now
being reluctantly offered for sale as the
vendor now plans to retire.
The station carries out approximately 100
MOTs a week. It is approved for classes
1,2,4 and 7 vehicles and MOTs account for
approx 80% of turnover with the station
carrying out the vast majority in the area.
The garage employs 4 full time and 2 part
time employees with the part timers working
approx 20 – 25 hours per week. All the full
time staff are fully qualified and approved
MOT testers.
The MOT station has 3 bays, 1 class 4/7, 1
class 4 and 1 class 1 / 2. It also has 2 4
poster ramps (1 for class 4 and 1 for class 7)
and 1 2 poster ramp with a 5 tonne lift.
The 4 poster class 4 is fitted with pneumatic
checking beams. The other equipment

facilities
3. Pushing motorbike MOTs as most
