This company has been started by 4 tech leads who have got together 30+ years of IT industry experience. Apart from giving regular software solutions, we have decided to enter the software product market targeting mainly SMEs.
As a first step, we have decided to start with HRMS domain. We found that most of the SMEs are not having proper HRM software for various reasons. Some of them have piece meal solutions for their HR practices having only payroll software or some accounting software which are generally not having any interoperability abilities. We decided to make use of this opportunities by providing a integrated HRM solution without making them to invest more at once. We prepared a strategy to tap their HR needs starting from Access Control System by providing a basic & scalable Time Attendance software solution. As we are aware that access control market is rapidly growing at 12% per annum. Many of the industries, schools, hospitals and many lesser known sectors are adapting to Access Control Solutions. This gives good scope in the future.
In order to build such kind of software, we have designed a robust framework first which is multi lingual, modular & scalable. As a maiden module of our larger HRM solution, we have released Time Attendance which is designed to work with any make of Access Control System & any Database which adheres to SQL92 standards. Though it looks itself like a stand alone application, but other HR specific modules can be added dynamically in the future.
