business, he believes it still has huge
potential to increase both sales and profits
considerably by:
1. Computerising his existing manual
customer database. This would help
with customer referrals, history
checks and with future mail shots.
2. Appoint a call centre to ring potential
customers to enquire if they have any
planned acquisitions for which they
may need finance.
3. Endeavour to form allegiances with
capital equipment suppliers with
them recommending our client as the
finance provider
4. Employ a full time member of staff to
help to support the extra workload,
which the above points would bring
when implemented
