It interviews, recruits and employs Polish, Lithuanian, Slovakian and East European Staff who it then contracts out to a range of employers within a thirty mile radius of its West Midlands base.

It has invested in a small fleet of minibuses, people carriers and cars that are used to deliver and collect the employees from their place of work.

The selected staff are collected from their home base and driven to the client’s business premises on a daily basis. The costs of living facilities and transport are deducted at source and the employee receives the balance.
