The business has undertaken very little in the form of traditional marketing, over the years preferring to rely on referrals, repeat business and word of mouth recommendations to generate revenues. Marketing has simply been through the local papers and mail shots so there is plenty of scope to increase this. The website is active and ongoing; however there is no on-line purchasing facility at the moment. |
